CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 411(CRA) "An Act relating to municipal                                                                    
economic development; relating to municipal tax exemptions and                                                                  
deferrals on economic development property; and relating to economic

Senator Hughes, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Senate Committee                                                                 
Substitute offered on page 2659. Senator Begich objected, then                                                                  
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, SENATE                                                                
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 411(CRA) "An Act relating to                                                                       
municipal economic development; relating to municipal tax                                                                       
exemptions and deferrals on economic development property; relating                                                             
to economic development; and relating to a municipal tax exemption                                                              
for certain farm structures" was adopted.
